It’s been a long time since my last post, and life has been tough on me since then, which might also be the reason why I am running out of new photos to post. I will leave you with one photo, pretty much summing up the first months of 2011. But don’t worry, this is the past, or at least, that’s what I tell myself it is.

Right now, my head is full of emotions and thoughts, but I haven’t been able to sort them yet, to get some meaning out of them, to burn them into celluloid, or an SD card if you want. So stay tuned.

A long long long time has passed since my last blog post.

he last weeks were crammed with learning, exams and work. But term is over and I’ve got three months of holidays ahead – not quite. Right now I am back in Kapfenberg in my room, doing the laundry and preparing for Eisenerz, a small town in Styria where I am working as paramedic for 10 days starting tomorrow. Then I’ll go to Rovinj for a week and then I’ll probably return to Eisenerz for another two weeks. And after that, in August, I hope to have more time to post recent photographs. However, I intend to keep a small online photo diary of my days in Eisenerz, so stay tuned! (did’t quite work out, huh?)

Portraits

During Easter break I tried some portraiture. They are good for a start, but there is room for improvement, I think. Look and comment. :)

Während den Osterferien habe ich ein paar Versuche im Bereich Portrait gewagt. Sie gefallen mir schonmal recht gut, aber wie immer gibt es das eine oder andere das verbesserungswürdig ist. Anschauen und kommentieren. :)

Running Season Kickoff

Today I started into a new running season. My first competition will be the Brucker Businesslauf on May 5th, where I want to finish 4,5km in under 20 minutes, which is a tough target, as I haven’t been running for more than a year.
